Trew Automation Free Shipping Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This promotion is available exclusively for customers placing orders through TrewStore.com. To qualify, the order subtotal (after any discounts and before applicable taxes) must exceed $400 (minimum purchase requirement). Orders placed via phone or other channels are not eligible for this offer.
Promotion Period
This free shipping offer is valid from September 8 through September 30, 2025, and may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of Trew, LLC at any time, with or without prior notice, including before the scheduled end date.
How It Works
Eligible orders of $400 or more placed through TrewStore.com will automatically receive free UPS Ground shipping at checkout. No promo code is required.
Shipping Coverage
Free UPS Ground shipping applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or Canada or other international destinations are excluded from this promotion.
Product Eligibility
Only items that qualify for UPS Ground shipping are eligible. Oversized products, hazardous materials, and items subject to special shipping restrictions are excluded from this offer. *Less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments are excluded. Items over 150lbs are excluded.
Exclusions
This promotion applies solely to qualifying UPS Ground shipments placed through TrewStore.com. It cannot be applied to phone orders, previous purchases, combined with or stacked with other shipping discounts or promotions, or applied retroactively. This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Returns & Exchanges
If items from a qualifying order are returned or exchanged, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund or exchange value, in accordance with Trew, LLC’s return policy. If a return causes the remaining order total to fall below $400, standard shipping charges may apply retroactively.
Changes & Cancellation
Trew, LLC reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time due to operational needs, inventory availability, pricing or typographical errors, system errors, or events beyond its reasonable control (including carrier or supply chain disruptions).
Limitation of Liability
Trew, LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, carrier errors, technical malfunctions, typographical mistakes, or events outside of its control. In no event shall Trew, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this promotion.
Agreement
By selecting the Free UPS Ground shipping option at checkout, customers agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
